    Nexium is built on a strict no-log principle: we do not collect, store, or sell your browsing activity, connection logs, IP addresses, or any personally identifiable traffic data.

Nexium: Secure VPN & Proxy ("Nexium," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by BARREL ARBITRAZH, located at Kalnyshevskoho St. 10A, Ap. 40, Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine 69124. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the Nexium iOS application.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our service:

Account data: If you create an account or purchase a subscription, we collect your email address and payment confirmation (processed by Apple's App Store — we never see your full payment details).
Device & diagnostic data: Anonymous crash reports and aggregate performance metrics to maintain service quality. This data cannot be tied to individual users.
App preferences: Settings you configure within the app (e.g., preferred server region) stored locally on your device.

We do not collect: your browsing history, DNS queries, destination IP addresses, connection timestamps, VPN session duration, or any content transmitted through the VPN tunnel.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Nexium service
To process subscription payments via Apple's in-app purchase system
To send service-related communications (e.g., critical security notices)
To diagnose and fix technical problems

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited data only in the following circumstances:

Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the app (e.g., cloud infrastructure), bound by confidentiality agreements.
Legal obligations: If required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority — noting that our no-log architecture means we have no browsing data to produce even if compelled.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Crash and diagnostic data is retained in aggregate, anonymized form. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for any account you create.

7. Children's Privacy

Nexium is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover we have inadvertently collected such information, we will promptly delete it.

8. Your Rights
